If you don't find the answer to your question

send us your question by sending mail to support

The first thing you should do is to register. That will allow you to search friends, follow users or groups, publish and access the whole application.

Then you should add your character(s). That will allow you to join groups (aka guilds), to create or subscribe events, and to find (or to be found by) friends.

Finally, you should either add your group(s) or find it. Creating a group will allow you to recrut members, manage group roles and group events, and publish.

First, click on the register link.

Second, fill the form.

  • Choose a username
  • Set a valid email
  • Select the language you want to use
  • Select the time zone in which you want to see dates
  • Set your password and retype it.
  • Agree the terms and policy
  • Click on the register button

Go on your profile by clicking on your account name on the top right corner or any link representing your account name.

Then, on your profile page, click on your account name. That will open your account page where you may change your time zone, password and so on.


A "group" represents a set of characters, aka a guild or a clan or a corporation (for Eve Online). So we use this generic term "group" on mmo-services.

  • Go on a game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the game on which you want to create your group.
  • Open the "my groups" menu on the left side and click the "create group" link.
  • Fill the form
  • Click the "create group" button. It will open the group page.

Only the administrator may update group informations.

  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my groups" menu on the left side and click on your group name.
  • Open the news tab.
  • Click the "update group information" button.
  • Fill the form and validate

Note that only group administrator may update group charter/description

  • Open the "my groups" menu on the left side and click on your group name.
  • Select the description tab.
  • Fill the form and validate.

There is only one group administrator at a time. So if you resign administrator rights to someone, you will not be administrator anymore !

  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my groups" menu on the left side and click on your group name.
  • Open the member tab.
  • Click on the resign link

Note that you need to be group administrator or to have the "manage applicants" right to accept or refuse an applicant

  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my groups" menu on the left side and click on your group name.
  • Select the members tab
  • Find the applicant in the applicant list
  • Click on the appropriate button to accept or refuse applicant

Note that you need to be group administrator or to have the "manage applicants" right to allow or prohibit applications

  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my groups" menu on the left side and click on your group name.
  • Select the members tab
  • Click on the "Activate recruting" or "Cancel recruting" button to accept or refuse applicant

A role is a name and a set of rights for the group. A role is composed of two kind of rights:

  • generic rights
  • category specific rights

Category specific rights allow or prevent the user to do some action for each forum category.

  • read publications (including publications you are not the author)
  • write publications
  • delete publications (including publications you are not the author)
  • moderate
  • post it: ability to set a publication as "post it" (a "post it" publications will appears at the top of publications)
  • comment: ability to comment publications

Each character wich is a member of a group may be assigned a role. If a character has no role, it has no rights for the group.

Rights for a group and a user is the aggegation of its characters rights. For example, if you have two characters in a group, one with every rights and the other with no rights at all, you will have every rights for this group.

Note that you need to be the group administrator or to have role management right to use this feature.

  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my groups" menu on the left side and click on your group name.
  • Open the role tab. You will see every members of your group with the associated role.
  • Click on the "manage roles" button.
  • In the new screen, you can create a new role or edit an existing one. Just check the corresponding box if you want to give a specific right to a role.

Note that you need to be the group administrator or to have role management right to use this feature.

  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my groups" menu on the left side and click on your group name.
  • Open the role tab. You will see every members of your group with the associated role.
  • Click on the "set roles" button.
  • Fill the form by choosing the role you want to set, and characters which will be set with this role.


DKP stands for Dragon Kill Points.

It is a system used by some guilds to impartially allocate raid loot on some games, but it is flexible enough to manage any activity on a group of player (craft for examples). You can imagine giving rewards to your best crafter and to your best success runner, with a dedicated DKP pool for each goal.

Raid example: each time a character achieves successfully a raid organized by the group, it receives somes DKP points, and it may spends those points (auction system) when an interesting loot is dropped by a final boos.

Craft example: each time a character achieves successfully a craft order for a client, it receives somes DKP points depending of items price, and at the end of the week, the crafter with the highest DKP points sum is rewarded by some extra money, encouraging crafting.

mmo-services allow you to create as many DKP pool as you want: one for raids, another for craft...

Note that you need to be the group administrator or to have DKP pool management right to use this feature.

  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my groups" menu on the left side and click on your group name.
  • Open the DKP pool tab. You will see every existing DKP pool of your group with the associated description.
  • Click on the "add DKP pool" button.
  • In the new screen, you can create a new DKP pool and setting its description.
  • We will soon add an interface to allow you to delete/edit a DKP pool.

Note that you need to be the group administrator or to have DKP management right to use this feature.

  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my groups" menu on the left side and click on your group name.
  • Open the DKP tab. You will see the DKP points sum for every character and every DKP pool.
  • Click on the "Set DKP for group characters" button.
  • In the new screen, you have to fill the form with:
    • the DKP pool to use
    • how many points you want to add or remove. If you want to remove points, just add a minus in front of the integer. Ex: -10
    • Select every characters concerned by this operation
    • You may want to add a description for this operation
    • Click on the "Affect points to selected characters" button
    • Note that we will soon allow you to list every DKP operations with their description


  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my characters" menu on the left side and click on the "add your character" link.
  • In the new screen, you have to fill the form and validate. That's it.

Note that, at the moment, it is not possible to rename a character except by sending a support request.

Look for the group you want to apply by using the search bar at the top of the screen or by clicking on its name (in a publication for example)

Once on the group page, click on the member tab.

Click on the "Choose a character and apply" button.

Select the appropriate character (you may also enter a text for your application) and validate. You will get a notification when your application will be treated.

  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my characters" menu on the left side and click on your character name.
  • Click on the "leave the group" button.
  • Click on the "Set DKP for group characters" button.

  • Open the "my characters" menu on the left side and click on your character name.
  • Click on the "update" button.
  • Fill the form and click on the "update" button.


  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my events" menu on the left side and click on the "add your event" button.
  • Fill the form. The "privacy" field describe which characters may subscribe to your event.
  • Click on the "create event" button.

  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my events" menu on the left side and click on the name of your character for which you look for an event.
  • Click on the "subscribe" button corresponding to the event you are interested in.

  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my events" menu on the left side and click on the name of your character which has created the event.
  • Click on the event you want to modify.
  • Click on the "infos" tab.
  • Click on the "modify" button.
  • Fill the form and click on the "modify" button.

  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my events" menu on the left side and click on the name of your character which has created the event.
  • Click on the event you want to modify.
  • Click on the "infos" tab.
  • Click on the "duplicate" button. This will open a form filled with the previous event informations, except for the date and time range.
  • Complete the form and click on the "create the event" button.


Publications on mmo-services are every texts that user or a group may published.

A user may publish for the public or its friends.

A group may publish for the group itself, the server or the world.

If the privacy is set to WORLD, every user who follow a group will see the publication.

If the privacy is set to GROUP, only validated group members may see the publication.

On the general page, you will see:

  • your friends private publications
  • public publications of users you follow
  • private publications of groups you are a member of
  • public publications of group you follow
  • editors news for every games
ordered by descending date

On a game portal page, you will see:

  • your friends private publications
  • public publications of users you follow
  • private publications of groups you follow for the specified game
  • public publications of group you are a member of for the specified game
  • editors news for the specified games
ordered by descending date

On a group page, you will see:

  • every publications of the group if you are a member of this group
  • public publications of the group if you are not a member of this group
ordered by descending date

On a forum group page, you will see the same publications than in the group news tab, ordered by descending date, and sorted by category.

On a user profile, you will see:

  • every publications of the user if you are a friend of this user
  • public publications of the user if you are not a friend of this user
ordered by descending date

  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my groups" menu on the left side and click on the name of your group.
  • Click on the "create a group publication" button.
  • Complete the form and click on the "create the event" button.
    • The category field represents in which forum category you want to publication to appear. Note that a category is attached to a set of specific rights for each group rank.
    • The privacy field indicates which users will be able to see it and share it.

Go on your profile by clicking on your account name on the top right corner or any link representing your account name.

Then, on your profile page, click on the "create a publication" button.

Fill the form and validate.

  • If you set the privacy field to "FRIENDS", only friend users will see your publication. They may share it, but they will only be visible by your common friends.
  • If you set the privacy field to "WORLD", every users visiting your profile will see your publication. They may share them, and it will be visible by everybody on their own profile.


If you follow a user or a group, you will see their public publications on the general page. You will see their public publications on the game specific portal, except for groups which are not on this game.

This allow you to follow community leaders without being their friend or a member.

To follow a user, go on its profile, then click the "follow" button.

To follow a group

  • Open the appropriate game portal by opening the "mmo-services" menu on the left side and choose the appropriate game for your group.
  • Open the "my groups" menu on the left side and click on the name of your group.
  • Open the "news" tab.
  • Click the "follow this group" button.


If you are friend with another user

  • you see all publications of this user, including private (for FRIENDS) publications, and you are allowed to comment it.
  • you see "friends events" created by this user, and you may subscribe to.

To propose friendship to a user, go on its profile, then click the "propose friendship" button. The user has to accept or deny this proposal on its profile.

To view its friends, go on its profile. There is a box listing its friends. You have to be a friend of the user to see this box.


To find a group, a user or a character by its name, type the name or a part of its name in the search field ("Search something...") at the top of the screen, then press "enter" on your keyboard.
